Abstract
In six chosen scenarios for the
q
2
dependence of the form factors involved in
D
+
s
→ϕ
transition, we have determined the allowed domain of
x=
A
2
(0)/
A
1
(0)
and
y=V(0)/
A
1
(0)
from the experimentally measured ratios
R
sl
=Γ(
D
+
s
→ϕ
l
+
ν
l
)/Γ(
D
+
s
→ϕ
π
+
)
and
R
h
=Γ(

s
→ϕ
ρ
+
)/Γ(
D
+
s
→ϕ
π
+
)
in a scheme that uses the

value of the phenomenological parameter

and includes nonfactorized contribution. We find that the experimentally measured values of

from semileptonic decays of
D

s
favor solutions which have significant nonfactorized contribution, and, in particular,

favors solutions in scenarios where

)
is either flat or decreasing with

.
