Early life
Kardarius Toney was born on January 27, 1999 in Mobile, Alabama. He attended Blount High School in Etmire and played as a dual-threat quarterback his final two years. As a high school student, he performed very well on the field and scored 53 touchdowns in two years.

During high school, Tony's passing and running yardage were both amazing, and he finished his high school career with a record of 20 wins and 5 losses. His outstanding performance earned him many honors, including Alabama 6A Player of the Year.
College life
Tony's athletic career continued to progress and he chose the University of Florida for college. At first, he mainly served as a receiver, running back and special team member. It was not until the 2020 season that his performance had a big outbreak. That year, he led Florida's offense with 70 catches and 984 yards, and scored ten touchdowns.

Tony was selected by the Giants with the 20th overall pick in 2021 and signed a four-year contract. Despite missing the start of the season with an injury, he broke Odell Beckham's rookie receiving record with 10 catches for 189 yards in Week 5. However, he missed several games in the following season due to injuries, so his performance failed to continue to rise.
Kansas City ChiefsIn 2022, Tony was traded to the Kansas City Chiefs and helped the team win Super Bowl LVII that season. Tony's performance in the Super Bowl was particularly memorable, as his 65-yard kick return in the fourth quarter set a Super Bowl record.
