OMC Structure and Responsibilities
CGCOM, as the core management agency of OMC, is responsible for coordinating 52 regional medical colleges and representing them at the international level.CGCOM has a Permanent Commission, which is responsible for organizing and managing various matters, such as projects or projects established by the General Assembly, and related matters of its personnel department.There are five members of the current Continuing Committee who assume the responsibility to ensure the rights and quality of medical care.

The organization's history dates back to the 19th century.In 1875, Alfonso XII signed a law requiring doctors to register in Madrid and the Royal Region, which laid the foundation for the subsequent establishment of the Medical College.By 1894, the first Spanish Medical College was established and in 1917, all doctors were mandatory for registration.Over time, the structure and functions of OMC have gradually improved, especially after entering the 20th century, it has undergone multiple updates of internal rules and organizational improvements.
