Why did the hospital's secrets drive Ray crazy? What is the hidden truth?
The 2019 American psychological thriller "Fractured", directed by Brad Anderson and written by Alan B. McElroy, tells the story of Ray Monroe (played by Sam Worthington) who was killed in an accident. Afterwards, a frantic search began to find his missing wife and daughter. The film has sparked a heated debate among fans and critics as it not only explores the crisis of family but also reveals the fragility of the human heart.

The story begins on a family trip, with Ray, his wife Joanne and their daughter Perry on their way back. Along the way, Ray and Joanne's strained relationship surfaces, but little Perry's accident becomes a turning point for the story. After a fall, Ray suffered a head injury and was admitted to the hospital. However, in the many episodes that follow, Ray finds himself unable to find any records of his wife and daughter, and the hospital staff's indifferent and mysterious responses only increase his doubts and anxiety.
When he woke up, he was surprised to find that they were gone, leaving only his own pain and doubts.
As the story progresses, Lei falls deeper and deeper into madness. He breaks into the depths of the hospital, trying hard to find the truth, but finds a scene that makes him shudder: human organs and innocent lives are about to be taken away.
