Abstract
Key Points Question What is the association between the Western dietary pattern in adults in midlife and cognitive decline in later life? Findings In this cohort study of 13\u2009588 adults without dementia at baseline, midlife dietary pattern was not associated with cognitive decline 20 years later. Meaning The Western dietary pattern may not contribute to cognitive decline in later life.
