OC23.05: Effect of maternal BMI on ultrasound image quality at the routine anatomy scan

Abstract

lymphedema (1), congenital adrenal hyperplasia (1), clitoromegaly (1). The anomaly was associated with other anomalies in 25 cases (including 6 cases of IUGR); the final diagnoses were hypospadias (3), partial androgen insensitivity syndrome (1), gonadal dysgenesis (2), clitoromegaly (1), renal agenesis (1), chromosomal deletion (1), diastrophic dwarfism (1), cardiopathy (1), Ellis Van Creveld syndrome (1). The results were not available in 12 cases, because the patient gave birth in another hospital (6), the pregnancy is ongoing (2), or the pathological findings could not be retrieved (4). We suggest this algorithm for the prenatal management of DSD. Conclusions: Prenatal management of DSD could be approached at first line using a simple algorithm.
