Soft Computing: Three Decades Fuzzy Models and Applications

Abstract

The paper attempts to give protection of soft computing in the investigations of the scientist form the Institutes of Informatics, Information Technologies and Information and Communications Technologies of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences in recent three decades. There are discussed researches and results on multicriteria fuzzy decision making, fuzzy decision making software in economic clustering, fuzzy inference system in support of financial investments, genetic fuzzy system for asset management and fuzzy methods and applications. It is determined that in the coming periods soft computing will expand and enrich with new subsuming principal partners. Presented is a short list of 60 publications on Soft Computing.
