Real-Time Biomedical Recursive Images Detection Algorithm for Indian Telemedicine Environment

Abstract

India is a developing nation with its literacy rate slowly progressing with respect to technological enhancements and services. In India, Telemedicine is blooming research concern, as client-server direct communication is involved. In telemedicine environment, image samples are uploaded at various levels creating a heap of similar images. In this paper, a novel technique is proposed and discussed on reduction of recursive images in Cloud/Server. The technique is based on pixel value density matching with edge extraction under proposed (Real-Time Biomedical Images Recursion Detection (RT-BIRD). The proposed technique is simulated on 12,800 unrepeated UCL machine learning repositories samples with 97.8% of accuracy rate. The results also focus on time for evaluation and processing. This technique is implemented and calibrated using HADOOP platform for optimizing big data infrastructure.
