A Study of E-Healthcare System for Pregnant Women

 
 
 
 

Abstract


Pregnancy is a phase in women’s life where the women give birth to the new life, and that new life gives birth to the mother. In this paper, a model is of the E-health care system for pregnant women is proposed, which will monitor health variations of pregnant women in the real-time environment. Several technologies from the past seven years have been reviewed, and it is evaluated that the features include in the proposed study is not available in the existing studies. According to the survey taken during the study, 88% of doctors reported that there is a need for a pregnancy E-health care system that monitors every activity of the women. The proposed model concerned with measurement of different parameters like a number of steps, blood pressure, heartbeat, the posture of sleeping, the position of baby etc. and after measuring these parameters, the data will be collected at the fog devices so that the data in huge amount will be filtered at fog devices and transferred at cloud servers. The result of this model will be the detailed data of the health variations of pregnant women that can help a doctor to deeper analyze the women in case of high-risk pregnancies.
