A Study of Result-Oriented Performance Appraisal—Taking Huawei as an Example
Abstract
Taking Huawei as an example, this paper elaborates the specific methods of implementing result-oriented performance appraisal, including increasing flexibility of bonus package, abandoning cumbersome human resource assessment, and taking the responsibility and result-oriented method, which have been tested by Huawei. Then, it expounds the practicability and reference value of implementing the result-oriented performance appraisal.
