Event-Triggered Guaranteed Cost Control for Uncertain Neural Networks Systems with Time Delays
Abstract
This paper considers the problem of stabilization with event-triggered guaranteed cost control for a class of uncertain neural networks systems with time delays, where the time delays are assumed to be non-differentiable time-varying. A new Zeno-free dynamic event-triggered mechanism is first proposed, and then, based on it, a sufficient condition in terms of linear matrix inequalities is provided to ensure the asymptotic stability of the closed-loop system with guaranteed cost control. Two examples with simulations are provided to illustrate the efficiency of the proposed method.
