Self-Healing Scheme in Alert Operating State for Smart Distribution Systems
Abstract
State classification is the fundamental feature of self-healing for smart distribution systems. Framework of state classification and self-healing scheme in alert operating state are proposed, where a multi-stage method is introduced to resolve the mathematical model of self-healing scheme. Three stages are presented in the whole self-healing scheme: regulation of distributed generators (DGs) and capacitors, network reconfiguration, and loads shedding. Sensitivity analysis, which is about injecting reactive power nodes with the out-of limitation voltage nodes, is presented to determine the operating order of DGs and capacitors. The effectiveness of the proposed approach is demonstrated by simulations on a practical 84-node system.
