Application of discrete data extreme value distribution in the analysis of mine pressure rule

Abstract

The rules of periodic weighting during mining are complexed, because the amount of monitoring data of hydraulic support is large in working face and the process of data analysis is difficult. A new method of periodic weighting analysis was proposed, in which calculation principle was the discrete mathematics extreme value distribution. The program based on the new method was developed by C# computer programming language, and it can intelligently identify the periodic information. The program estimated the trend of periodic weighting by time-weighted average working resistance and processed the discrete monitoring data of mining pressure with a second-order difference. This program can intelligently pick up the accurate relevant information of roof periodic weighting. Its information contains time, interval, and coefficient. The time can be recognized by the extremum of periodic weighting strength located in curves. The periodic weighting interval and dynamic load coefficient were autonomically calculated based on the relationship between time and mining footage in working face. Taking the roof pressure monitoring data of 122106 working face in Caojiatan coal mine as an example, the program independently calculated the periodic weighting interval, the periodic weighting strength, and the dynamic load coefficient. The level of periodic weighting roof behaviors was relatively strong. The results were highly consistent with the actual situation of on-site periodic weighting. The program improves the data processing efficiency and realizes the data intelligent analysis automatically.
