Multiple periodic solutions for suspension bridge systems

 
 
 

Abstract


Abstract This paper studies the existence of multiple periodic oscillations of the suspension bridge system governed by the coupled nonlinear beam and wave equations. By using the degree theory, it is proved that the system has at least three periodic solutions.
