Development of a Mathematical Model for a Finishing Process of Precision Surfaces of Elastic Plates Using Surface Active Substances
Abstract
Abstract The article is devoted to a mathematical description of the chemical-mechanical process of finishing using surface active substances. The purpose of this work is to develop mathematical models reflecting the patterns of material removal in finishing operations using surface active substances (SAS). The proposed models allow us to calculate the removal of material taking into consideration formation of very thin oxide films on the treated surface.
