Genomic analysis of a Pseudomonas strain with multiple plant growth promoting properties
Abstract
Abstract Pseudomonas rhizosphaerae OA2 is a rhizobacterium species characterized as plant growth-promoter isolated from the rhizosphere of maize grown in the research field in North-West University South Africa. The whole genomic sequencing of Pseudomonas rhizosphaerae was perform using Illumina-based and the read length obtained from the sequencing data was 88,559,000 bp. The purpose of this article is to research on the plant growth-promoting functional genes that are present in the organism.
