Highlights • Smokers who use e-cigarettes are at least as likely to quit as exclusive smokers.• They are slightly more likely to try to quit, but no more or less likely to succeed.• Smokers who use NRT are the most likely to make a quit attempt.• Smokers who use e-cigs are no less likely to quit than those who use NRT.
