Unicompartmental knee arthroplasty combined with high tibial osteotomy in anteromedial osteoarthritis: A case report
Abstract
Highlights • Anteromedial osteoarthritis is a common knee pathology.• Spontaneous osteonecrosis of the knee causing anteromedial osteoarthritis can be treated with different surgical options.• Although high tibial osteotomy and unicompartmental knee arthroplasty are alternative treatments for anteromedial osteoarthritis, successful results can be obtained using both in individual cases.
