THE EFFECT OF RACE ON DRIVING PERFORMANCE AND SELF-REPORTED AND NATURALISTIC DRIVING BEHAVIOR AMONG OLDER ADULTS
Abstract
CI, 0.82 to 0.99). In CN, the DCTclock total score was significantly correlated with PET biomarkers for entorhinal tau (r1⁄40.197) while the spatial reasoning sub-score was significantly correlated with Ab(r1⁄4-0.3217) entorhinal tau (r1⁄4-0.343) and inferior temporal tau (r1⁄4-0.235). Conclusions: DCTclock performance was able to discriminate between diagnostic groups, as well as or better than, traditional cognitive tests and was able to detect cognitive impairments that were associated with brain biomarkers of amyloid and tau pathology. Further validation of such digitized measures show promise in their ability to identify those at-risk for cognitive decline.
