[Care of unaccompanied minors in a psychiatric emergency unit].

Abstract

Emergency psychiatric units are receiving more and more foreign unaccompanied minors: for many of these young people it is their first contact with psychiatric services. This context of crisis crystallises the administrative and legal paradoxes at work in the support of these youngsters. Coordination between emergency\xa0care, statutory bodies and community-based care enables stability to be established while the care project is being set up.
