Neo-aortic Valve Repair and Ross Procedure After the Arterial Switch Operation
Abstract
Abstract Neo-aortic valve regurgitation is common in adolescents and young adults who have undergone the arterial switch operation in infancy. The incidence of significant neo-aortic valve regurgitation increases as these patients age. Neo-aortic valve repair and the Ross procedure are good surgical options in such patients. Herein we describe these surgical techniques.
