Abstract

Hydroxychloroquine Retinal Toxicity A 57-year-old woman receiving long-term hydroxychloroquine treatment presented for ophthalmic evaluation. Achromatic perimetry revealed paracentral scotomas in each eye, and optical coherence tomography revealed a loss of the retinal inner and outer segments.
