Abstract

The significance of technology is to develop methods of solving practical problems in response to subjective needs, and technological development includes both invention and innovation, which is understood to mean the further improvement of conventional techniques. The purpose of engineering is to create structures that did not previously exist, and engineering construction pursues not only excellence but also diversity without tolerating failure.
