Abstract

Bistatic SAR is one of the hotspots in radar research all over the world at present. The system structure of bistatic SAR transceivers and receivers makes bistatic SAR face the problems of time synchronization and phase synchronization. At present, there is a theoretical analysis part based on bidirectional synchronization chain to achieve high-precision time and phase synchronization, but this method is not convincing because of the lack of verification of the accuracy of imaging results. In this paper, the echo with phase noise is directly imaged, and then the time synchronization error and phase synchronization error are compensated according to the principle of two-way communication method. The compensation accuracy of time synchronization error and phase synchronization error is verified by validating the imaging results. Finally, the compensation accuracy of high precision time synchronization and phase synchronization algorithm based on bidirectional synchronization chain is verified.
