Evaluation of Innovation Efficiency of Large Scale Industrial Enterprises Based on DEA Mode

 

Abstract


Scientific evaluation of enterprise innovation efficiency is of great significance to promote the sustainable and healthy development of enterprises. This paper uses DEA and Malmquist index method, using the provincial panel data of China s Industrial Enterprises above Designated Size from 2014 to 2018, estimates the technological efficiency, technological progress and total factor productivity in the process of innovation of Provincial Industrial Enterprises above Designated Size, and then evaluates and analyzes the innovation efficiency of Regional Industrial Enterprises above designated size. The results show that: the technical efficiency of Regional Industrial Enterprises above scale is mainly driven by scale efficiency, and the relatively low pure technical efficiency is an important reason for hindering the innovation of Regional Industrial Enterprises above scale; the improvement of total factor productivity mainly depends on technical efficiency, and the growth of pure technical efficiency and other indicators is relatively slow.
