Algorithmic Model of the Cyclic Changes in the Temperature of the Solid Under the Effect of Convective Heat Exchanges with the Environment
Abstract
in this paper the algorithmic model, which allows predicting the change in the temperature of the solid caused by the cycle convective heat exchanges in the environment is developed. The proposed algorithmic model can be used to find the rationally time to investigate thermal problems in microelectronics. a The list of factors that causing cycle changes in the temperature of the environment was determined. The algorithmic model allows determining the time of day when the difference between solid and background temperatures is maximal or minimal. The adequacy of the algorithmic model is assessed by comparing the data obtained on its basis with the similar data obtained during the field experiment.
