Security inspection of suspension system in urban rail track based on Track-side Signal Detection

 
 

Abstract


As a key component of urban rail traffic, the suspension system is directly related to the safety and reliability of train operation. Based on the method of track-side signal detection, this paper studied the layout of the sensor by establishing the rigid-flexible coupling model of wheel-rail contact and proposed a method of installing acceleration sensor along the track to obtain the vertical acceleration signal during the train passed. After that, the continuous wavelet packet analysis and short-time Fourier transform method are used to analyze the acceleration signal, compared with local mean decomposition and empirical mode decomposition, LMD is used to decompose the acceleration signals, by calculating the correlation coefficient between the fault signal components and the original faultless signal components, the failure severity for the key components of suspension system is obtained. Finally, the effectiveness of the algorithm is verified by combining the simulation results with the dynamic equations.
