Abstract

Due to without considering the reliability of intermittent distribution power, and network load distribution is unreasonable. The planning effect of traditional active distribution network planning method is not ideal. Based on this, this paper proposed a multi-stage active distribution network planning model. On the basis of conventional load forecasting, the intermittent distribution power supply such as wind and solar power credible output model is established, which considers the impact of demand side response on load forecasting results comprehensively. Base on this model, a multi-stage active distribution network planning model is constructed in this paper. To solve the problem that the existing intelligent algorithm is easy to converge to the local optimum, a Fibonacci tree optimization algorithm based on golden section method is proposed to solve this model. The results show that the proposed method can effectively reduce the planning cost and improve the planning effect.
