Abstract


In recent years with the rapid development of national economy and the wide application of power electronic technology, the various departments of various nonlinear disturbance load fast growth, rapid growth in high power system harmonic content, cause the voltage waveform distortion, increased the line loss and loss of electrical equipment, reduces the power quality, frequent accidents caused interruption of power supply equipment, its direct or indirect losses of one hundred million yuan. It is of great significance to do a good job in the management of high harmonics for the development of industrial production. In accordance with the requirements of a pipe fitting factory for harmonic control and reactive power compensation, the work principle of intermediate frequency heating pipe bender and the generated harmonic components are comprehensively analyzed, and the harmonic control scheme of pipe fitting factory is described in detail. The installation capacity of the capacitor is determined by calculating the base wave compensation capacity of the capacitor. Carry on the reasonable filter loop design, make the PCC point reach the target after the governance;According to the working principle of FS-SY device, the harmonic management and reactive power compensation design are implemented. The harm of harmonic pollution to the power system is very serious. It not only reduces the efficiency of power transmission, overheats the electrical equipment and produces noise, but also makes its insulation aging and even causes failure or burnout. Therefore, the design of harmonic control and reactive power compensation is the key part. The scheme designed by a certain pipe fitting factory can guarantee the quality and reliability of power supply and has practical application value.
