Reliability and Weak Link Analysis of Power Distribution Systems: a case of Songjiang

 
 
 
 
 
 

Abstract


With rapid development of Shanghai, the reliability of distribution network has been put forward higher and higher requirements. In this paper, the reliability index of Shanghai Songjiang distribution network is calculated by the analytic calculation method of distribution system reliability index, and the sensitivity calculation method is put forward on the basis of this method, which provides a theoretical basis for the identification of weak links. Firstly, the M-segment-N-tie-switch unit of distribution system is constructed, then the power supply path matrix(PSPM) and fault incidence matrix(FIM) are respectively established. The fault situation of the line is classified into 3 types, and the reliability index calculation and sensitivity analysis of the influencing factors are carried out based on FIMs. Finally, the reliability index of a distribution line in Songjiang District of Shanghai is calculated by this method, and the weak links in the power supply reliability of Shanghai Songjiang distribution network are identified, and the construction scheme to improve the reliability of Shanghai Songjiang distribution network is put forward.
