Research on Investment Risk Evaluation of Multinational Interconnection Project Based on Intuitionistic Fuzzy Set Theory

Abstract

Risk evaluation of multinational interconnection projects is of great significance to further promote the coordinated development of economic, energy and environmental sustainability with neighboring countries. Based on this, under the background of China s The Belt and Road Initiative , the risk assessment indicator system of multinational interconnection projects is established from four dimensions, namely, external policy risk, economic risk, operational risk and environmental risk. Secondly, in view of the prominent characteristics of uncertainty factors, this paper evaluates the risk indicators at different levels with the help of intuitionistic fuzzy set theory. Finally, a case study of China-Kazakhstan multinational power grid interconnection project is carried out. The results show that the multinational power grid interconnection project pays more attention to the impact of economic risks, and the risk indicators such as contract terms, geological conditions and technical adaptability, also need attention, which are helpful to investment in the construction of interconnection projects, so as to improve the overall risk resistance ability of investment projects.
