Optional two-part electricity price based on user load rate
Abstract
To solve the problem that the current sales price structure fails to reflect the power consumption characteristics, an optional two-tier price model is constructed based on the user load rate. Firstly, the marginal capacity cost and electricity cost of electricity production are determined according to the peak load liability law. Then, according to the load rate-simultaneous rate curve, the power cost allocation is optimized, and the load rate is used to divide the user load characteristics. Based on the principle of incentive compatibility, the design can choose the electricity price package. Taking 10KV users as an example, the model is analyzed. The designed electricity price package can optimize the power cost allocation, scientifically identify the real information of the user load rate. And the user only has the lowest cost for obtaining good economic efficiency and fairness under the load rate price matching with the load rate, verifying the rationality of the model.
