Evaluation Model of Load Regulation Value for Consumers in the Orderly Power Utilization
Abstract
In China, the orderly power utilization (OPU) mechanism has become one of the most significant ways to stable the power grid. Under this background, this paper proposes an evaluation model of load regulation value for industrial users managed by the OPU. Firstly, considering the load movable characteristics, including the short-term movability, peak load shifting and sequential rest planning, the index system of OPU load regulation value is established. Then, the user scheduling value is successfully quantified on the basis of the projection pursuit dynamic clustering model (PPDCM). Besides, the matter-element extension theory is introduced to calculate the users level of load adjustment value. Finally, a case study with six industrial users is included for model variation. It is shown that the regulation value of industry users under OPU is well evaluated by considering various movable characteristics of users load. The proposed model constructs a theory fundamental for the OPU.
