The Design and Implementation of Control Systems for Toner Production Line

 
 
 
 
 

Abstract


According to the technical transformation needs of a toner production workshop in Tianjin, the design and implement of control systems for a toner production line is provides in this paper, which is aimed at solving the problem of safety hazard, low automation, slow-speed response etc. The scheme processes from the Chinese national standards of toner production and requirement in environment protection. Based on PLC sensor technology is applied to fit the particularity of toner production, and the scheme improves the level of control system, which includes the sensing of the temperature, pressure, materials’ level of the bins and tanks. It also provides a reference scheme of monitoring and control for similar production lines. The effectiveness and reliability of the system is verified in real production.
