Abstract

Chirp signal, which is used for online secondary path modeling. Normally, the larger the auxiliary noise signal, the faster an accurate model can be obtained. However, it also increases the residual error of the Active vibration control system. To mitigate this problem, in the proposed paper the variable step size Filter-X LMS algorithm with the chirp signal and power scheduling technique for online secondary path modeling is used. The gain of the chirp signal and step size for modeling is varied in accordance with the directly available parameters. In the proposed paper, the Active vibration control system with online secondary path modeling using power scheduling is compared with and without gain, it can be abstracted from simulation results that, the proposed method with gain gives better vibration attenuation. In this way, much good modeling accuracy and much fast convergence rate can be obtained. The Proposed method is simple and has low computational complexity. Computer simulation demonstrates the effectiveness and shows that the chirp signal with power scheduling technique for online modeling of secondary path approach has more vibration rejection capabilities with much better convergence rate.
