Study on Teaching Quality Monitoring System of HRM Major

Abstract

Based on PDCA cycle, the paper constructs the guarantee system of teaching quality of Human Resource Management Specialty and achieves the goal of training high-quality technical talents under the system training mode. Through the establishment of improvement system, it improves the system to ultimately promote the teaching quality assurance system sustainable and effective operation and achieves a step-up cycle. The paper uses PDCA model to construct the evaluation system of teaching quality monitoring of human resource management from the whole process of learning effect realization.
