Mechanism Modeling and Nonlinear Model Adaptive-Predictive Control of Multiple Evaporators System in Sugar Mill
Abstract
Facing up to the fact that the industrial evaporation embodies the characteristics of large delay, strong coupling, nonlinear, a system of multiple evaporators in sugar mill was analyzed and a nonlinear mathematics model was established, by using material balance and law of conservation of energy. The parameters of the system model were gained from the metrical data, curve of real-time and output simulation proved the validity of system state equation and reasonableness of control method in this special control area. Nonlinear model adaptive-predictive control algorithm was proposed. Simulation for this model proved the correctness of the method and effectiveness of the proposed model.
