Smart Management System of Employment in Universities Based on Big Data Collection and Intelligent Analysis

Abstract

With the rapid development of information technology, college enrollment expansion has become more and more common. A large number of students to expand the source of employment of college graduates in recent years, so the university began to use the system software to achieve intelligent management of employment information. In the actual statistical process, statisticians are required to establish a scientific and effective data screening mode, which includes intelligent screening and manual screening. At the same time, intelligent screening has been called the inevitable choice of data statistics work. As big data covers more and more extensive fields and deals with more and more in-depth businesses, data types become more and more complex and diverse. With the help of big data tools and data intelligent analysis methods, this paper constructs an intelligent employment management system in colleges and universities.
