Study on Dynamic Capacity of Urban Road Network Considering the Impact of Cascade Failure

Abstract

In order to accurately calculate the dynamic capacity of the off-road network affected by cascading failures and study its impact process, this paper takes the time-space consumption method as the basis and considers the differences in the efficiency of the city s different levels of roads to build a road network capacity model based on road classification; By dynamically calibrating the distance between vehicle heads and the average single travel time in the model, analyze the functional relationship between the distance between vehicle heads and the average single travel time at different speeds, and propose a calculation method of the maximum ideal capacity based on the optimal speed; use the improved dynamic capacity model to describe Road network cascading failure behavior, calculated the real-time capacity of the road network under the cascade failure, and constructed the failure impact index, and analyzed the road network cascading failure propagation process, finally taking part of the road network in Chongqing as the research object, the results prove that the capacity evaluation method is effective
