The construction and application of “Internet” mental health cloud platform is very important. At present, the psychological circle of China also appears the idea of constructing a kind of wisdom cloud platform. This paper will focus on the impact of the Internet in today s mental health, components, architecture and mental health cloud platform construction technology functional model. This paper attempts to design and transform the mental health cloud platform, and makes the future development route and direction of mental health from the network level.
