3D Printed Flexible Integrated LC Circuits

Abstract

We demonstrate the flexible integrated LC circuit, integrated with 3D printed inductors and capacitors. Inductors having optimized concentration of ferrite magnetic core was connected with double-layered sandwich type capacitors, which were fabricated with optimized dielectric layers. In order to demonstrate high performance LC circuits, the multi-layered inductors and capacitors were fabricated with 3D designs. Potentially, high-aspect-ratio LC circuits can be fabricated by 3D printing technologies.
