Study on Segmented Pricing Method of Electric Vehicles Charging Service fee Based on Clustering Algorithms
Abstract
Based on the development of electric vehicle charging service market and the present situation of charging operation charge, this paper proposes a pricing time division method of EV charging service fee based on improved AP clustering algorithm. The clustering results of AP algorithms on data sets with chronological characteristics usually require late manual correction, so adding a Modified process on the basis of AP to improve the AP algorithm to Modi-AP algorithm can effectively solve this problem. By comparing the cluster performance indicators of Modi-AP algorithm and kmeans algorithm, the feasibility of the algorithm and the rationality of segmentation are verified. This method provides a reference for electric vehicle charging station operators to set the service fee price independently.
