Evolutionarly-Supported and Quantum-Inspired Neural Modeling Applied to the Polish Electric Power Exchange

 
 

Abstract


This paper contains selected results of research related to neural modeling in order to obtain a model of system. Three models, i.e. neural model, neural model supported by the Evolutionary Algorithm, and neural model inspired by quantum computer science proposed and implemented in the Matlab language. Comparative research performed, which confirms that both Evolutionary Algorithm and quantum computer science improve accuracy of the model. The modelling methods empirically verified, using numerical data quoted on the Day Ahead Market at Towarowa Giełda Energii S. A. [Polish Power Exchange] with respect to the Power Exchange.
