Spray technique growth system of 2D semiconducting materials in open atmosphere under thermal assisted conditions
Abstract
This article presents the design and implementation of a Spray Technique Equipment for Multilayers (STEM) for the creation of stacking materials, which allow the growth of several 2D semiconductors for Grätzel solar cells devices. The STEM can operate in an open atmosphere meanwhile that causes different changes in the physical and chemical properties of thin film technology (TFT) mainly in morphology, mechanical, composition, magnetic and optical, improving the nanoparticle adhesion phenomena using different substrates. Through the Conceive-Design-Implement-Operate or CDIO method, a system was designed to control the type of spray, movement in the Z axis, distance traveled on the X axis, cycles number, surrounding conditions and the detection of temperature on the sample, a spectral analysis of temperature in real time; this device was developed to apply the optimized coating technique when performing TFT production processes.
