Focusing of Long-Wave X-ray Radiation by Spherical Microchannel Plates

Abstract

The work describes the use of spherically bent microchannel plates for X-ray optics, shows focusing parameters of such plates in X-ray and results of comparison of experimental data and theoretical calculations of angular distribution parameters and the focusing properties of the excited fluorescent radiation.
