Main Features of Digital Phased Array Antenna Measurement in the Receiving Mode

Abstract

One of the important stages of creation of the digital active phased array radar is confirmation of its directional diagram characteristics. In the receiving mode output signal of the antenna is digital. The lack of analog signal doesn t allow us to use standard setups of measurements. The possible measurement setups and their features are considered in this article.
