Leveraging Organizational Change Management to Strengthen Benefit Delivery in Innovation
Abstract
Organizational Change Management (OCM), when integrated into an innovation management process, can significantly improve product performance. The authors use Prosci s ADKAR model in their example to illustrate how integration of OCM with an innovation management process is improving results in a digitalization initiative in an engineering/manufacturing firm.
