Using Big Data to Optimize Talent Performance Management in Enterprises

 

Abstract


To combine big data and its technology with performance management, and improve the efficiency of enterprise management, this paper completes the performance management system database design and B/S architecture system development through the analysis of the human resource system requirements of an enterprise. Based on VC framework theory, the system applies Struts2, Spring, Hibernate and Extjs framework, to construct the technical framework of the system, and realize the basic functions of talent performance management system. We also analyze the application of big data in enterprise performance management, and provide the overall structure of the system reform, as well as the outline design of each module and the design process of important modules. The database outline design starts from the entity relationship, and analyzes the data entity and corresponding relationship needed for the system function realization. Finally, part of the system code and test results are provided and the tests prove the effectiveness of the proposed management optimization scheme.
