Thymic localization of erythrodermic cutaneous T‐cell lymphoma
Abstract
Visceral involvements of epidermotropic cutaneous T cell lymphomas (CTCL; mycosis fungoides, MF, and Sezary syndrome, SS) are rare (0.9% of all cases) and associated with a median survival of 1.4 years (1). Visceral localizations of CTCL have been mainly described in the spleen, liver, lungs and central nervous system. We report 3 cases of epidermotropic CTCL with thymic involvement.
