Clinical presentation, therapeutic approach and outcome of primary cutaneous marginal zone B‐cell lymphoma presenting as AL amyloidoma of the skin
Abstract
Primary cutaneous marginal zone B-cell lymphoma (PCMZBCL) usually presents with erythematous papules, plaques and nodules. It is characterized by an indolent proliferation of marginal zone, plasmacytoid and plasma cells with an immunoglobulin light chain restriction. Local radiotherapy, topical or intralesional corticosteroids and surgery are effective therapeutic options in localized disease. This article is protected by copyright. All rights reserved.
